1. Legal Agreement

By accessing or using Limerick Hub, a regional platform within the iHelp.ie network (collectively referred to as "the Network"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern your relationship with iHelp.ie across all associated and connected domains within the Network. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the service.

2. Service Curation Model

iHelp.ie functions as a Managed Publication Platform. This model is distinct from social media or direct-entry directories. Every submission is manually curated, edited, and approved by the iHelp administration.

  • Verification: We reserve the absolute right to verify business legitimacy before publication.
  • Timing: Publication is not instantaneous; it is subject to volunteer capacity and administrative oversight.
  • Platform Standards: Administration holds the right to refuse any listing that does not align with the professional aesthetic of the network.

3. Listing Package & Coverage

Limerick Hub, as part of the iHelp.ie network, provides a single standard listing package on this website. Each listing is subject to defined technical and content limits.

3.1 Plan Definition

Each listing includes:

  • One (1) business profile (a single listing representing one business entity)
  • One (1) brand logo
  • One (1) featured image
  • Basic contact details (including phone, email, external links, and social media links)
  • Basic on-page SEO structuring within the Dublin Hub platform
  • Publication on this website only

Listings are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of publication, unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Domain Choice & Regional Limits

  • Site Restrictions: Listings are limited to one (1) website. Use of identical or substantially similar content across multiple sites without prior approval is prohibited.
  • Domain Selection: Users choose their specific domain from the available active network at the time of listing.

3.3 Content & Media Standards

  • Quality Control: Users must provide one (1) logo. Photos must be professional and high-resolution. iHelp reserves the right to reject blurry, offensive, or copyright-violating imagery.
  • Profile Components: Profiles include business descriptions, contact numbers, email addresses, and direct links to social and external platforms.

3.4 Termination of Listings

  • Renewal is subject to T&Cs and administrative approval; it is not an automatic right.
  • Lapsed Payments: Annual plans must be paid in full via bank transfer or Revolut. Failure to clear fees within 10 business days of the anniversary date results in immediate listing deactivation.

4. Financial Transactions

  • Manual Processing: All transactions are conducted manually through our designated channels with a unique reference number. We do not use automated checkout portals.
  • Non-Refundable Policy: Fees are non-refundable once the curation and publication process has been completed.
  • Administrative Rejection: If a business listing is refused by our team before going live, any pre-paid fees will be returned in full.

5. Content Modification Rights

To ensure high platform quality and better search results, iHelp.ie reserves the right to edit, shorten, or reformat business descriptions. We may correct grammar, spelling, or layouts to improve SEO standards. The final visual presentation of all content is at the sole discretion of the administration.

6. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

iHelp provides internal "On-Page" SEO facilitation. We optimize metadata, header tags, and code structure within our platform. Important: We do not control Google, Bing, or third-party algorithms. We provide no guarantee regarding search ranking positions, indexing speeds, or traffic volume outcomes.

7. IP & Copyright Indemnification

By submitting brand assets (logos, photos), the user represents they possess the full legal ownership and rights to those assets. The user agrees to indemnify and hold iHelp.ie harmless from any legal expenses, lawsuits, or claims of copyright infringement arising out of materials they provided for the listing.

8. No Partnership or Endorsement

A listing on iHelp.ie does not create a partnership, joint venture, or endorsement between the platform and the user. Transactions occurring between a viewer and a listed business are strictly private and external. iHelp.ie is not liable for disputes arising out of your business deals.

9. Network Stability, Domain Allocation, and Service Limitations

iHelp.ie reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion, to modify, restructure, replace, suspend, or permanently retire any domain within its network at any time, for operational, commercial, strategic, or technical reasons.

Subscribers are entitled solely to the number of listings specified within their active plan. No representation or warranty is given as to the continued availability, placement, visibility, performance, or retention of any specific domain name.

Where any domain is deemed, in iHelp.ie’s sole judgment, to be non-viable, underperforming, commercially impractical, or otherwise unsuitable, iHelp.ie may discontinue such domain, with or without notice where reasonably practicable, and without any obligation to issue a refund, credit, or compensation of any kind.

In such circumstances, iHelp.ie may, but is not obliged to, reassign affected listings to alternative domains within its network. Any such reassignment shall be governed exclusively by the plans, pricing, features, limitations, and terms and conditions in force at the time of reassignment, which may differ from those applicable at the time of the original purchase.

iHelp.ie makes no guarantees or representations regarding traffic levels, search engine rankings, domain authority, visibility, lead generation, or any other performance metrics. The subscriber expressly acknowledges that any reassignment, restructuring, or removal of domains may result in fluctuations or loss of traffic, visibility, or search engine positioning, for which iHelp.ie shall bear no liability.

9.1 Network Composition

The subscriber acknowledges that iHelp.ie operates a dynamic and evolving network of domains. The number, identity, structure, and availability of domains within this network may increase, decrease, or otherwise change at any time. No domain shall be considered a fixed, guaranteed, or permanent component of any subscription plan.

9.2 Renewal and Plan Changes

Upon renewal, all subscriptions shall be governed exclusively by the plans, pricing, features, limitations, and network composition in effect at the time of renewal. iHelp.ie does not guarantee the continuation of any prior package structure, including the number or identity of domains previously included.

Any reduction, expansion, or restructuring of the domain network or plan features shall not entitle the subscriber to any refund, credit, or preservation of previous terms. Continued use of the service following renewal constitutes full acceptance of the then-current terms and conditions.

9.3 Acceptance of Changes

Continued use of the service following any modification, discontinuation, reassignment, or renewal constitutes full and binding acceptance of the then-current terms and conditions. If the subscriber does not agree with the updated terms, their sole and exclusive remedy is to cease use of the service.

9.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iHelp.ie shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of search engine rankings, arising out of or in connection with the use of the service, the modification or removal of domains, or any reassignment of listings.

In all circumstances, iHelp.ie’s total aggregate liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the subscriber for the service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Prohibited Business Activity

We strictly refuse to list any content related to:

  • Weapons, explosives, hazardous chemicals, or narcotic substances.
  • Explicit adult services, adult companionship, or pornography.
  • Crypto-currency schemes, fast-return investment models, or high-risk gambling.
  • Livestock or products originating from endangered species.
  • Tobacco, vaping products, and alcohol manufacturing equipment.

11. Service Disclaimer

The Network is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or continuous availability of any features.

12. Newsletter Service

By subscribing to the newsletter, you acknowledge that we may send periodic network updates. We respect your data and do not sell information to third-party marketing companies.

iHelp.ie reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date stamp. Continued usage of the Regional Network implies acceptance of the new terms.

15. Force Majeure

iHelp.ie is not liable for failure to perform duties due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to cyber-attacks, server outages, or legal regulatory changes.

16. Governing Law

This document and all associated platform activities are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
